Well we finally got an apartment today. So we’ll be moving on the 12thof July. So it’s time to get busy packing the rest of the things. I really don’t like moving at all. One thing you realize is that boy am I a pack rat. I never knew I kept so much stuff. Well today we hit almost 90. Things are sure drying out pretty quick. Sure could use a nice rain fall. Just to get some things green again. I did manage to go golfing this last week with my pastor. He’s doing a series on golf. I think he got a hole bunch more sermons by watching me play. I really love golf though. Even though I am really, really not good at it. It makes me put my flesh to the test. Everyone needs that you know. I guess it’s a good work out to. Since we don’t use carts. It’s a peaceful game. Ok. Maybe it’s peaceful for me. I spend a lot of time in the woods. I like to play pinball with the golf ball and the trees. It makes a little bit more fun. I have to get my money’s worth. Well better get back to packing. Be blessed.
Also if anyone is in the neighbor hood on the 12 of July. And would like a nice work out. We will supply the work out for you. We’ll supply the lunch. Just email me if you would like to help.

Don’t you wonder sometimes when you read the old testament. How the old testament pertains to us these days. Well let’s look at one of the big stories in the old testament. Here’s a man named Moses that sets God’s people free. They see the hand of God move right in front of there faces. As soon as they get into the desert they start to complain. Because of there complaining none of them make it to the promise land. So how does this pertain to us today. Well they complained when there lives were rough. Then God came and helped them through the tough times. Then they forgot what God did and they started to complain again. Asking Moses over and over again why they couldn’t just go back to Egypt to be slaves, because that was so much nicer than being in the desert. Now how many of our lives end up just like there’s. God does something in our lives we thank Him then we forget what He did. Then we end up doing the same things that we did before. Now we have to remember that the original people from Egypt didn’t make it to the promise land. Except for 2. If you would look at everyone lives most people don’t make it to there full calling in life. It ends up being the next generation to keep the calling going. The reason Joshua made it to the promise land was that he never lost focus of God in his life. So here’s the question. Is your whimpering about life going to keep you from your full calling? Is it going to stop you from see God’s hand move fully in your life? These questions can only be answered from you. If you look at Joshua. He didn’t care what everything looked like. He didn’t care about giants or the size of the other army. All he new and cared about was what God was telling him to do and he did it. Yes, he made mistakes. He was willing to admit to them and keep seeking after God. He didn’t care about what everyone else was saying or doing, because he feared God more than man. That’s were we need to be in our lives. We need to fear God more than man. We need to have that fear were we don’t do something God tells us to do that we won’t be protected by Him. It’s time to realize that our calling and our family should matter to us more than what other people think. God should matter to us more than what people think. We are living this life for God and God alone. It’s time for us to shape up and start doing what God is telling us to do. Not caring about anything, but what God is telling us. It’s time to stand out from the rest and start being bold for God like we never have been before.
Who can you trust these days. As the world is in chaos. Not knowing what direction it is going. The people are just as lost and confused as the world leaders. Then you have people in leadership the lie and cheat the government. So who do we trust. I can think of only a few people. God and my wife. Just recently I talked to my cousin that worked for Rod Parsley. I never talk about pastors but this kind of got the blood boiling. A few posts ago I talked about pastor being hungry for money. He is one of them. I do think that he used by God. I just think that he’s relying on his own wants than Gods. Everything has to do with money. If you want a financial breakthrough just send money. You need a healing just send money. Which isn’t found at all in the bible. You do get financial breakthroughs or heeling’s through money but through God alone. Well my cousin was only working at his ministry for a few weeks when they had some disagreements. After that my cousin had become the fall guy or the blame guy for things that were coming up in the bible school. They were blame him for things that wasn’t from him at all. Just because they didn’t agree eye to eye on things. When does anyone meet eye to eye on things. The thing is though. It just seemed to me if it wasn’t Rod’s way then it wasn’t good enough. No matter if someone else had a better idea or plan. So I lost total respect for him along time ago and even more now. Even in these last few weeks I’ve lost respect for a local pastor in town. One that I came to respect and trust. Now I won’t mention the pastors name at all. This pastor told me one thing and did the opposite. Same pastor that said trust is the most important thing in a persons relationship as friends. Then the person ends up lying over and over again just to get what they want. I guess it hurts a little more coming from a pastor than any other person. These are the people that you are supposed to trust and rely on. The ones that stand up in the pulpit on Sundays telling us that we need to be truthful. Kind of sounds funny. So how do we know who we can in our lives? Well trust in God. God was telling me about the pastor and the trust between us. Remember God knows everything about everyone. He knows exactly where your heart is and were there heart is. Not all pastors are bad. Everyone makes mistakes even pastors. Pastors are humans. This pastor has a tendency of saying one thing and going the other. Just to clarify things. It’s not the pastor that I go to church right now. It’s a different one. So we need to rely on God for who we are to trust. This doesn’t mean that if a pastor says something you don’t like that you have the right to leave that church. You probably don’t like it because you needed to hear it. The flesh doesn’t like it when the word is telling him to change. It’s that bond with somebody that is broken with someone. When they say one thing or do something for there own motives and they don’t care about everyone else. When you put your trust in them and the bash it on more than one occurrence. I still do trust people. We need to trust people, because that’s a bond that we have with that person. In the old testament they made bonds between one another knowing if they were in need of help the other person would be there to help. So we all need people in our lives to trust. Even though people might break that trust. We need to trust the next person just as much. I know that most of us have had someone that has broken that trust barrier. Don’t let that put a thorn in you side. Let it go and keep trusting. You might wonder why a pastor would right something like this. Well these things happen to us just same way it happens to you. Plus blogs are here to get somethings off people chest to free them from the thoughts to move on it life. It’s important to have people that you can talk to tell these things with. So they don’t get built up inside of you. Till it boils over. Now it’s out and over. Be blessed in you walk today. Remember if someone trust’s you don’t break that trust. It could change there life forever.
