The French Fry Bus

You might be wondering what in the world is a french fry bus. Well today the bus company that I work for had the grand revealing of the bus that runs on grease. It runs on 80 percent grease and 20 percent diesel. It does smell pretty good when you can smell the fumes. It’s a good thing I don’t have to drive it. I might be hungry all day. Well this work week is almost over. One more day to go. Can’t complain to much though. It’s nice to see the pay checks. I’ve worked over 40 hours for the last month. God sure does know how to send the money raining down. That’s what He does. You ask for finances and He brings the money. Yes, that does mean that you even might have to work for it. God doesn’t like people that are lazy, and wanting everything handed to them. God will give you everything that you ask for. Where people miss it is that they aren’t willing to work for it. They wait around waiting for there prayers to be answered. Then they wonder why there prayers aren’t getting answered. It’s called acting on what you pray. It’s hard for your faith to grow and hard for God to move in your life. If you are planted in front of the TV. Eating the chips and drinking the soda. The Bible show a lot of people acting on what they prayed for, and because they acted they were delivered from there problems. I think sometimes people pray just to pray. Just to say, yep I prayed. Oh well I guess it wasn’t meant to be. All they did was fill God’s ear with air. God loves to hear our prayers. He also expects us to act on those prayers. Let’s say you praying for healing in your body. You pray a deep heart felt prayer. You use scriptures to back up your prayer. The next day you realize that you are not healed. So you pray again for the same healing. So where’s your faith. How is that acting on your prayer. You just told God that you really didn’t believe in your prayer. You only have to pray one time for something, unless you doubt on what you pray. Then you’ll have to pray for it again. See as soon as you get done praying. Start thanking God for it. Start acting on what you prayed. When someone gives you money out of the blue. What would you tell that person? Wouldn’t you thank them for the money! So why don’t you thank God for giving you what you ask for. Isn’t He your Father and best friend. It’s amazing how many prayers of mine have been answered by acting out on them. From me thanking God for those answered prayers. Most of them didn’t come right away. One even took a year. I will tell you one thing. My faith sure has grown in those areas. So don’t just send hot air into Heaven. When you pray. RECEIVE what you pray for. Well have a wonderful weekend. Let God move within you this week. Remember you are living for God and not yourself.
