Matthew 9:27-30 As Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed Him, shouting loudly, Have pity and mercy on us, Son of David! 28. When He reached the house and went in, the blind men came to Him and Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes,Lord. 29. Then He touched their eyes, saying. According to your faith and trust and reliance be it done to you; 30. And their eyes were opened….
Right before this scripture Jesus had healed the woman with the issue of blood, and the young girl that was sleeping. Now when the woman with the issue of blood happen. It states the the crowd was so tight around Jesus that it was suffocating. So we know that the woman had to struggle to touch His robe. So now we got the two blind guys. To give you a history on these guys. They stunk!!! Plain and simple. The probably had animal poop and sewage all over them. That’s why people couldn’t stand to be around them. Now imagine being blind and trying to get through this crowd. The funny thing is I think Jesus heard them, but made them build there faith up. So these blind men had to keep up with the crowd to get to the house. When they found were the house was they also had to battle through the crowd. Some say there might not be a crowd. I think there was. There is another part of scripture were it states the Mary and Jesus’ brothers were outside and they sent word to Jesus that they needed to speak to Him. So right there it shows the size of crowds that hand around. So the blind men are fighting to get in. I imagine the people were hitting and kicking these gentlemen to keep them back. Well they finally made it in. It probably took them an hour or so, but they never gave up. When they finally enter the house. Jesus asked them. Do you believe that I can heal you. They said yes. Then Jesus said according to YOUR FAITH AND TRUST. See while they were struggling they were telling themselves all we have to do is get by Jesus and we’ll be healed. Let’s don’t give up, because our sight is just inside. They were building themselves up to what was about to be and not what was. Sometimes as Christians we need to have these struggles as these men did. To build our faith up. If everything is given to us we don’t learn from it. It’s through tough times that we learn where our Faith level is at, and how much we need to grow. Jesus could have healed them right away. He decided to let them build there Faith for the future. So let’s get some blind building faith into us. Where we don’t take no for an answer. We just keep digging in and start knowing what our faith is made of.
Well today is my little girl’s second birthday. They sure grow way to fast. Here is a pi

How’s everyone doing? Well today it got near 50 degrees. Tomorrow it will be closer to 60. Spring is in the air. FINALLY!! Through most of my life I have troubled with being over weight. When I was a kid. I was over weight. Then my loving mom put me on a diet and I lost it all. Something like 50 or 60 lbs. In one summer. I’ve noticed throughout these years that I’ve gotten bigger and bigger. I’ve tried diets, but didn’t have the will power to stick through them. In my mind I always convinced myself that it didn’t matter, because God made me this way. Which isn’t all true. These last few months God has been doing great things in my life and my family’s lives. I was praying one night and God said that I needed to loose the weight. That is was going to hinder my calling. So I went on a diet. For the most part, because God told me to. Then I stopped the diet. Like usual. I didn’t convince myself that I needed that big change. Even though it came from God. Then God showed me somethings. He brought me to John 10:10. Where it talks about the devil coming to steal, kill, and destroy. God showed me that the devil was killing my calling, stealing my life, and destroying my Godly future. I never thought of it that way. Isn’t that just like God to show us things in different way. It got me to thinking that it’s not my habit of eating that I need to control. It’s my flesh that I needed to control. My flesh had taken over in every way. It told me when to eat and how to eat. It told me it was hungry when I wasn’t. It got to a point where I would eat a hole medium pizza. The thing was. I would be full after 4 slices, but I would listen to my flesh to keep eating. Until my stomach would almost burst. Well this last week. I took back the ground that the flesh had taken over in my mind. I started a harsh diet. Not to loose the weight, but to control my flesh. And guess what. Man it’s hard, but it’s getting easier and easier. See I only can eat 500 hundred calories a day. That’s it. I’m probably used to 3000-4000 thousand. I’ve tried this one before. When the doctor told me to do it. I did it for a couple of weeks. I though I was going to die. It’s actually easier this time, because I know what I have to battle. Now the weekend come the true test. Weekends I’m aloud to eat anything that I want. Well I’m happy to say that I didn’t pig out. I controlled my flesh. I surely could have been eating all day long. The flesh wanted it. I didn’t let it. See we let the devil have to much credit of what we have control over. It’s time that we stop listening to our flesh and start making our flesh listen to us. We have authority over all things. That’s why Jesus died on the cross. So if you’re having a hard time with weight. Look at your flesh. This can go to any part of your life that you don’t have control over. If it’s controlling you. Then the devil is in control of that part of your life. It’s time to surrender your hole life to God once and for all. God Bless.
